- very professional & well trained staff, Mr.Faizan was very helpful & offered us a free coffee when room was not ready. - generous in the welcoming fruits & complementary water - good WiFi - clean & modern furniture with smart technology supplies - food is delicious with All day breakfast - nice view for creek Definitely, we’ll come back. Actually not our first time

Not a big thing but: - no shuttle to Diera City Center although it’s 7 minutes near. But shuttle go other places - mattress not ver comfortable

Lovely stay at the Bandar Rotana

Rented a 1 bedroom apartment and the room was nice and spacious. Good amenities as well

The apartment wasn't very well cleaned. Towels were sometimes taken away and not replaced. Shower pressure was not that great.

Pricey Creek View Hotel and Apartments

Nice breakfast options, heated pool with a view, kids playroom is limited but keeps young ones entertained, gym and spa are good with new equipment, underground parking, switch to make bathroom glass transparent or opaque, lighting options, connectivity with TV, friendly staff at breakfast hall.

Rooms were a bit smaller than other hotels for the same price, TV channels limited for children (arabic only), key cards kept giving issues and had to go to reception to re-issue room key cards, elevators for apartments did not go to gym/spa, staff for room cleaning needs training and monitoring, good staff should be promoted/rewarded

The apartment is superb.

Everything especially the cleanliness of the property and very secured. My children felt at home. Highly recommended! The property is very close to Deira Market , Dubia mall and the airport but it's a bit of a distance to JBR and the Marina but you can get on the metro from the nearest station to the apartment or take a taxi. 80 to 85 AED taxi to the Atlantis at the Palms.

Windows could do with a very good clean especially from the outside. Boring TV channels which wasn't in English so my children didn't enjoy watching TV.

Apartment was clean, comfortable with excellent facilities. View from apartment was amazing. Location was ideal for us. Breakfast was lovely, good selection of everything. Staff all courteous and helpful.

Checking in was very fast,friendly staff....although they gave us a room we had not booked but when we complained they gave us on the third day after the stay.it was amazing though

Wouldn't go again. Disappointed

The guys on the door were amazing. So we're the shisha guys on the 1st floor and the food at salt and pepper.

We had noisy individuals above our room that kept us up on Valentine's day evening and the day afterwards. We called reception but the noise did not stop. Unfortunately this ruined our stay as we were knackered, and all they did was give us a free breakfast to compensate. Having stayed at many of the well known 5 star hotels like four seasons etc, we did not think this was a 5 star experience at all. Apart from the guys on the door and at the shisha bar.

Great view. Swimming pool open till 10 PM. Good restaurants in the hotel. Good valet parking with very good service.

Loved the decor, the Resturants and views! The staff were all polite and amazing! Above and beyond for the guests- calling taxis when we needed to head out and always addressing me by first name

The staff forgot to mention that guests get 20% off all in house Resturants which always helps when you’re running out of dirhams!

a truly 5 star stay!

Exellent customer experience manager mrs. Grace from the phillipines who made our stay blissfull. She anticipated directly on our troubles with the hotel pick up service. She offered us complimantary breakfast for the rest of our stay as a compensation and assistet us whenever needed for the rest of our stay. We appreciated this gesture very much as we felt that vacation pleasure was taken seriously. We want to compliment the rest of the staff which were very attentive, nice and professional. From the waiter in the breakfast area who already knew what kind of coffee we want after only ordering it once. He brought it proactive the next day at breakfast before we could order it. Excellent! The valetparking was fantastic and in combination of a rental car it was for us the best way to explore Dubai. We stayed in many 5 stars hotel and this one is for sure one of top ones. Fantastic new building and architecture. Very tastefull decoration, the spa, gym and infinity pool with view of the new town were all great! We would recommend everybody to stay in this hotel when visiting Dubai.

Friendlyness of the front desk manager when upon checking in at 5 am in the morning. His approach to me made me almost wanted me to cancel the rest of our stay. But mrs Grace, as mentioned before, made it up totally.

Everything lol, the staff were very pleasant, the hotel...

Everything lol, the staff were very pleasant, the hotel itself lived up to my expectations, value for money, we chose a one bedroom apartment, king suite and sharing apartments and we were all super happy. They house keeping was on point, have to say the two gentle at the pool bar were just the friendliest people I've ever met, Reyma and Joshki thumbs up. The Italian restaurant on the 18th floor was awesome, happy hour and ladies night was just what we needed.
